Coffee Workshop
Our coffee is the result of years of hard work, patience, and respect for the mountains. During this experience, you’ll learn about the entire process behind our high-altitude specialty coffee, grown at more than 1,250 meters above sea level using organic and sustainable practices. You’ll learn about hand-picking, cherry selection, processing methods, and the characteristics that make each bean unique. An invitation to discover everything that happens before that first cup.
Ceramics
Create with your hands, connect with TRADITION
Pottery is an integral part of Pueblo del Sol’s identity. In our workshops, you’ll learn about the creative process behind each piece and try your hand at some of the techniques that bring our collections to life. We work with red clay sourced from our own land, extracted responsibly and transformed using processes inspired by the ancestral traditions of Oaxaca. More than just a workshop, it’s an opportunity to appreciate the value of artisanal craftsmanship and create a piece with your own hands.

Honey and the Conservation of BEES
Bees are a fundamental part of life in Pueblo del Sol. During this experience, you’ll visit our apiary wearing protective gear and get an up-close look at the fascinating world of beehives. You’ll learn about our honey production process, the importance of pollination, and the actions we take to help preserve these vital pollinators. This educational experience offers insight into how caring for bees directly impacts the health of ecosystems.
A Journey Through the Flavors of the Finca
Coffee and Honey Tasting
An experience designed for those who enjoy learning and discovering new nuances through the senses. During the tasting, you’ll learn about the origin of our specialty coffee, its varieties, processing methods, and sensory profiles. You’ll learn to identify aromas, flavors, and distinctive notes as you sample different brews. The experience is complemented by a guided tasting of our honeys, exploring their differences, characteristics, and how the environment influences each harvest.
